Richard P. Lindsey graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985 and was on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review. He is a former law clerk for the Hon. William M. Acker, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
