The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has finished their probe into a fatal train accident that left one Florida woman dead.

Although police are still not sure how the incident occurred, they could not find any evidence that points to a crime. The 63-year-old woman’s body was found next to the train tracks after she somehow fell from an Amtrak train.

The autopsy showed that her death was due to injuries that occurred during her fall. There was no evidence showing that she was pushed and her husband, who was with her on the train, said that she was happy during the ride.

Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the victim.

A MARTA railĀ  worker who pulled a woman out of the path of a train has spoken in an interview about the incident.

The man was standing near the train when he watched the woman fall into the path of an oncoming train. The woman was visually impaired and walked right off of the platform onto the tracks.

The rail operator had about five seconds to get the train to stop. The woman had said that the incident was the scariest thing that has ever happened to her and she is extremely grateful that the man saved her life.
