The driver of a vehicle that was involved in a fatal Stone Mountain accident has recently been charged with improper lane change and three counts of vehicular homicide. 

The accident took place earlier this month on October 13th.  According to authorities,  the driver who has been charged caused a passenger van to overturn which killed three people inside the vehicle.  Firefighters had to cut off the roof of the vehicle to remove the occupants inside of it.  Traffic on the highway was backed up for several hours as authorities responded to the victims.
