A school bus for the Atlanta public school system had an accident Thursday afternoon.  No children were on board at the time of the accident. 

According to reports,  the incident took place around 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.  The bus lost control and crashed through a fence.  The bus came to a stop in a field shortly after.

It is unknown what caused the accident.  Emergency response arrived at the scene to assist the driver.  It is not currently known if the bus driver suffered an injury in the accident.  More information should be released at a later time.

An accident that recently took place in Atlanta has injured one individual. 

According to reports,  the accident occurred late Tuesday evening at a busy intersection.  One driver had the right of way and was attempting to drive through the intersection.  Another driver did not notice the red light and drove through the intersection at the same time.  The car that failed to stop struck the other car on the right side.  This caused the car to spin out on the road before coming to a complete stop. 

Emergency workers were called and the driver of the vehicle that was struck had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

An accident took place Sunday afternoon that involved multiple vehicles.  According to reports, at least three cars and six motorcycles were involved in an accident that took place on Interstate 75. 

The accident was a chain-reaction caused by vehicles following each other too closely.  After one car in the front slowed down,  one by one the vehicles began to crash into each other. 

At least eight people had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries from the accident.  The motorcyclists suffered the most severe of the injuries from the accident.
