PRACTICE & PERSONAL
While Jordan focuses his practice on litigation, he uses his wealth of courtroom experience to concentrate on medical malpractice and personal injury. He has obtained positive outcomes for numerous clients both in and out of court. In addition to being an accomplished litigator and writer, Jordan regularly advises business owners, real estate investors, bankers and consumers.
Jordan is a graduate of Griffin High School and is an Eagle Scout. Prior to law school, Jordan spent approximately two years in South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho, serving the indigent population and learning about their rich culture. This unique experience helps Jordan appreciate that each client presents a different situation with unique needs and that due care is necessary to address each need.
Upon graduating from law school, Jordan moved to southeastern Florida where he practiced civil litigation with a focus on real estate, contracts, consumer protection, and small business litigation. In 2009, he moved back to the Atlanta area where he routinely defended several of the nations’ largest insurance companies in cases ranging from workers’ compensation to personal injury. Jordan was privileged to join Webb, Wade & Taylor in 2011, bringing with him the invaluable perspective of a former defense attorney.
Jordan is an avid runner and enjoys following local sports teams. Jordan finished the Columbus Soldier Marathon in November 2010 and can often be found competing in local races and at community events. He is the proud father of two children and lives with his wife and kids in Sharpsburg.
