Education

• Graduated from Piedmont Hospital School of Nursing and licensed in the State of Georgia in June of 1967
• Received B.S. magna cum laude from Georgia State University School of Health Sciences in 1994
• Admitted to Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau

After completing nursing school, Ms. Permar worked at Piedmont Hospital until her husband graduated from Georgia Tech. She has worked in a variety of practice areas. After moving back to the Atlanta area in 1978, she was on the staff of a 200 bed long term care facility, eventually becoming the Director of Nursing. She joined the firm of Webb, Wade, Taylor & Thompson in 1992, after working for another attorney in the Atlanta area. She has been with the firm for over 16 years.
